The Best Time To Relax…

It is awesome to just STOP, draw your attention to the tense muscles in my body, and let it all go. You could try it now, it’s simple and free – close your eyes and draw your attention to your forehead, your face and neck, your shoulders, draw attention the the muscles, and then, let it all go. Let yourself relax! Relax your forehead, your face, your neck, your shoulders. Relax your brain! This is my favourite way to relax, and I love to sit, and just feel the relief. I love to move inward and listen. I love to let the thoughts just float away – I acknowledge each one as important, but not right now. Right now, I am relaxing. Right now, this is important. The benefits are almost instantaneous! When I open my eyes, i am composed, I am focused, and I am ready to go back to the thoughts that popped up and address each one. I love to relax!
